With the participation in the highly innovative medical technology start-up stimOS GmbH (www.stimOS.net) and the foundation of our subsidiary WEFA MedTec GmbH, we have been breaking new ground since 2020.
As a strategic partner for legal manufacturers, we contribute our strengths in precision manufacturing and surface coating for the production of specific implants. Currently, WEFA MedTec GmbH manufactures implants for spinal surgery (cervical/lumbar) as an EN ISO 13485 certified supplier.

The WEFA Group is located in the southwest of Germany in Singen on Lake Constance, close to the Medical Technology Centre in Tuttlingen and is a member of the Medical Mountains. Our employees are highly qualified and experienced – many of them have been part of our team for many years.

The implants are manufactured in Singen on Lake Constance. Before the implants are delivered or finished, they are marked with a pulse laser. This allows us to achieve top performance in legibility and a highly precise and permanent marking.
The implants are then carefully ultrasonic cleaned. Together with our partners, we can provide other important processes in medical technology such as packaging, sterilisation, anodising, HA coating and the patented special coating MBTg/v (Mimicking Bone Technology) from stimOS GmbH.
